Homologoumena Hom`o*lo*gou"me*na, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ? things conceded, p. p. of ? to agree, admit, concede. See {Homologous}.] Those books of the New Testament which were acknowledged as canonical by the early church; -- distinguished from antilegomena. [1913 Webster]
