Overdo O`ver*do", v. t. [imp. {Overdid}; p. p. {Overdone}; p. pr. & vb. n. {Overdoing}.] 1. To do too much; to exceed what is proper or true in doing; to exaggerate; to carry too far. [1913 Webster]
