Awake A*wake", v. t. [imp. {Awoke}, {Awaked}; p. p. {Awaked}; (Obs.) {Awaken}, {Awoken}; p. pr. & vb. n. {Awaking}. The form {Awoke} is sometimes used as a p. p.] [AS. [=a]w[ae]cnan, v. i.
