Ridiculous Ri*dic"u*lous, a. [L. ridiculosus, ridiculus, fr. ridere to laigh. Cf. {Risible}.] 1. Fitted to excite ridicule; absurd and laughable; unworthy of serious consideration; as, a ridiculous dress or behavior. [1913 Webster]
