Tabouret Tab"ou*ret, n. [F., dim. of OF. tabor, tabour, drum. See {Tabor}.] 1. Same as {Taboret}. [1913 Webster]

2. A seat without arms or back, cushioned and stuffed: a high stool; -- so called from its resemblance to a drum. [1913 Webster]

3. An embroidery frame. --Knight. [1913 Webster]
