Note: The cedar of Lebanon is the {Cedrus Libani}; the white cedar ({Cupressus thyoides}) is now called {Cham[oe]cyparis sph[ae]roidea}; American red cedar is the {Juniperus Virginiana}; Spanish cedar, the West Indian {Cedrela odorata}.
