Concussion Con*cus"sion, n. [L. concussio, fr. concutere, concussum, to shake violenty; con- + quatere to shake. See {Cashier}, {Quash}.] 1. A shaking or agitation; a shock; caused by the collision of two bodies. [1913 Webster]
