Gonimia Go*nim"i*a, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ? productive, fr. ? that which generates.] (Bot.) Bluish green granules which occur in certain lichens, as {Collema}, {Peltigera}, etc., and which replace the more usual gonidia. [1913 Webster]
