Palsgrave
Palsgrave Pals"grave`, n. [D. paltsgraaf; palts palace (l. palatium) + graaf count; cf. G. pfalzgraf. See {Palace}, and {Landgrave}.] (Ger. Hist.) A count or earl who presided in the domestic court, and had the superintendence, of a royal household in Germany. [1913 Webster]
