Diethylamine Di*eth`yl*am"ine, n. [Pref. di- + ethylamine.] (Chem.) A colorless, volatile, alkaline liquid, {NH(C2H5)2}, having a strong fishy odor resembling that of herring or sardines. Cf. {Methylamine}. [1913 Webster]
