Irenarch I"re*narch, n. [L. irenarcha, irenarches, Gr. ?; ? peace + ? to rule.] (Gr. Antiq.) An officer in the Greek empire having functions corresponding to those of a justice of the peace. [Written also {eirenarch}.]
