Slepez Sle*pez", n. [Russ. sliepets'.] (Zo["o]l.) A burrowing rodent ({Spalax typhlus}), native of Russia and Asia Minor. It has the general appearance of a mole, and is destitute of eyes. Called also {mole rat}. [1913 Webster]
