Teeswater Tees"wa`ter, n. [From the river Tees, northern England.] 1. A breed of cattle formerly bred in England, but supposed to have originated in Holland and to have been the principal stock from which the shorthorns were derived. [Webster 1913 Suppl.]

2. An old English breed of sheep allied to the Leicester. [Webster 1913 Suppl.]
