Cry Cry (kr[imac]), v. i. [imp. & p. p. {Cried} (kr[imac]d); p. pr. & vb. n. {Crying}.] [F. crier, cf. L. quiritare to raise a plaintive cry, scream, shriek, perh. fr. queri to complain; cf.
