Thomsonite Thom"son*ite, n. [From R. D. Thomson, of Glasgow.] (Min.) A zeolitic mineral, occurring generally in masses of a radiated structure. It is a hydrous silicate of aluminia, lime, and soda. Called also {mesole}, and {comptonite}. [1913 Webster]
